Audit rows are append-only and carry an integrity hash. Nothing on this screen changes one, and no staff capability in this system grants that - which is the point of keeping them.

You can narrow by one search term and by outcome, because those are the only two filters this read has. There is deliberately no date range and no sort control: the request carries no field for either, and the newest rows come first. A reason written by a customer inside their own account is restricted from the staff plane by design and is labelled as restricted, not shown as blank.
