Note: A connection is not a capability

A row here means a connection record exists. It does not mean a model can be called: only an ACTIVE credential and a passing validation do that, and both are stated per row rather than assumed.

What this area does not have

Routing policies, model bindings and evaluation suites are declared by the contract and are not registered in this deployment, so there is no screen for them and nothing here simulates one. The platform kill switch is no longer in that list: it is registered, and the containment control is on the budgets screen.
