What this screen is for
Evaluation suites and their results against a given configuration: what was asked, what came back, which cases regressed, and an independent approval on the release that a suite's outcome supports.

Each of those is an operation id in the frozen contract. Registering one is a server change, not a permission you can be granted — no group and no scope makes this screen return data today.
