Note: The record of the message, not the message
A delivery row says which message type was sent, to a masked destination, on which channel, and what became of it. It never carries the content. The contract types content_available as the constant false on every row, and the delivery record has no body to return — what a customer was told is in the customer’s own account, not here.
Retry, cancel, reconcile and the per-delivery view are unregistered in this build, so there is no control for any of them on this screen — not a disabled one. A delivery is observed here, never operated.
