Capability coverage

What the data source is expected to supply for each capability a package version can grant, and whether that mapping has been verified.

Note: The catalog of feature definitions is not readable here

A feature’s unit, allowance kind and the packages that may grant it are contract artefacts compiled into the build; no registered operation projects them, so this screen does not pretend to list them. What it lists is the capability mapping behind them. Authoring a definition is a contract amendment, not a console action — staffCapabilityDraftUpdate is registered and refuses.
The server decides what a term matches; a term that matches nothing is reported as no matches, not as an empty list.
